Frequently Asked Questions
If you've previously purchased a subscription or tokens and they're not showing up:
- Open Prettyfake AI
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Restore Purchases
- Wait for confirmation
Your purchases are linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Prettyfake AI and tap it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Note: You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Email us at founders@project25.live
- Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Include the email associated with your account (if applicable)
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
Prettyfake AI Pro subscribers get:
- Unlimited AI photo generations
- Access to all premium effects and styles
- Priority processing
- New features first
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you have enough tokens
- Try a different photo (clear, well-lit photos work best)
- Restart the app and try again

- Soul mode (premium quality): 200 tokens per generation
- Dream mode (fast & creative): 50 tokens per generation
- Subscribers get unlimited generations
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Prettyfake AI purchase
- Select "Request a refund"
